The Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for designing, and delivering Advisor360° learning and development programs. The successful candidate will have demonstrative experience as a strategic/visionary leader, as well as a hands-on contributor. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will drive our employees' learning efforts, influencing culture across the company. Additionally, this position will support and expand upon our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the L&D vision, framework, and strategy for Advisor360° with a key focus on manager enablement and overall employee learning strategies.
  • Conduct data analysis and needs assessment to identify learning and development needs & gaps for segments of the workforce in addition to leveraging existing assessment data.
  • Create, develop, deliver & measure programs and curriculum aligned to critical skills and capabilities for our managers and team members.
  • Implement talent and leadership concepts into the organization to increase overall leadership strength and close the talent gap in the business.
  • Develop people change management strategies, tools, training materials and resources to help people partners and leaders successfully implement and drive results that will improve organizational effectiveness and the overall colleague experience.
  • Establish benchmarks and rigorous evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs and evolve programs and curriculum based on changing business priorities.
  • Support the Brand’s DE&I strategy by implementing training content, program design and key events.
  • Identify DE&I trends, external benchmarking opportunities and thought leadership to support the overall DE&I strategy.
  • Partner closely with HR teams to support consistent execution excellence of all talent programs.
  • Lead Facilitator for in person/remote training workshops.
  • Create content and material for upskilling sessions and follow ups to support an effective learning transfer.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Psychology, Organizational Behavior etc.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years progressive work experience in HR with a specific focus on Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement etc.
  • Ability to present and influence at the executive level, as well as ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization.
  • Proven and effective facilitator- in-person and virtual delivery of L&D training programs.
  • Experience managing L&D vendors, by building successful partnerships with them based off strategic needs.
  • Experience working with LMS/Learning technology.
  • The ability to create course content within a reasonable amount of time to meet major milestone deadlines within the organization.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage end-to-end projects as well as multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking skills, creative problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and a healthy sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to operate successfully and be effective in an evolving environment and comfortable dealing with a certain amount of ambiguity.
  • Available to work in Hybrid (Remote/On-site) environment.
