This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.

We’re looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Go-To-Market team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating new business by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective enterprise clients.

You’ll be on the front lines of our sales motion—sparking interest with senior leaders at wealth management firms and helping them understand how Advisor360°’s platform can power their digital transformation. With direct exposure to leadership, product, and marketing, you’ll have a chance to influence not just pipeline growth, but how we engage and educate the market.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Pipeline Generation & Qualification - Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and connect with executives and decision-makers at enterprise wealth management firms.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Articulate Advisor360°’s value proposition in a clear, compelling way that aligns with client challenges and strategic goals.
  • Schedule discovery calls and support early-stage sales motions with thoughtful, well-researched engagement.
  • Collaboration & Execution - Partner closely with Account Executives to coordinate outreach, build account strategies, and ensure smooth hand-offs.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams based on conversations in the field—helping shape messaging and identify key themes.
  • Leverage leading CRM and AI-enabled sales tech tools to manage activity, track performance, and continuously improve execution.
  • Contribute to a culture of curiosity, teamwork, and high performance.
  • Market & Client Orientation - Develop a deep understanding of the wealth management ecosystem—including key players, workflows, and emerging trends.
  • Serve as an early point of contact for enterprise prospects, offering insight and credibility from the first conversation.
  • Continuously learn about our platform’s capabilities and the problems we solve for clients.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a client-facing role—or a demonstrated interest in starting a career in B2B technology sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with executives and tailoring messaging to different personas.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset—open to feedback, eager to improve, and motivated by goals.
  • Resourceful and resilient; you’re energized by challenges and undeterred by rejection.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRMs (Hubspot experience a plus).
  • Interest in financial services, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
