What the role is
This Vice President, Business Analytics role, is part of the AIM team based in Bangalore, India, supporting the Wealth International cluster (North Asia).
The Wealth International (WI) team supports various business functions, including Campaign planning, delivery, business reporting, and analytics. The team collaborates closely with North Asia DA&I teams and business stakeholders to deliver value.
In this role, you will lead a highly talented team of analysts. Your responsibilities include managing and enhancing delivery engagement across campaigns, MIS, and analytics functions. You will also oversee end-to-end delivery for these three functions, strengthen engagement with business and local counterparts, and drive value through robust business analytical frameworks and decision-making.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10-15 years in Business Analytics & Transformation roles, proficient in data analytics tools/technologies such as SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark, and Tableau.
- Data & Analytics Ecosystem: Strong understanding of the data and analytics ecosystem. Ability to establish a scalable analytics framework encompassing data strategy, process optimization, actionable insights, and visualization techniques (e.g., Tableau).
- Data Translation: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, leveraging data analytics tools and techniques for organizational problem-solving.
- People Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience interacting with senior stakeholders across the organization, managing end-to-end conceptualization and implementation of data strategies, standardizing data structures, identifying and removing redundancies, and optimizing data feeds.
- Analytical Leadership: Strong analytics thought leadership skills and effective project planning management.
- Financial Services Expertise: In-depth understanding of various financial service business models and expert knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, including their application to drive substantial business results.
- Problem-Solving: Strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Performance Management: Consistently sets high-performance standards, providing effective mentorship and coaching. Demonstrates ownership and accountability for career progression, performance management, individual development plans (IDP), and conflict management. Focuses on retaining talent, managing attrition, and facilitating career mobility.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, communicating seamlessly across team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Influence & Thought Leadership: Strong capability to influence business outcomes and decisions in collaboration with AIM leadership and business stakeholders. Demonstrates thought leadership in partner meetings, proactively driving innovative solutions through excellent stakeholder management.
