The Project Manager within Citizens Wealth Management will lead strategic change initiatives for the Wealth Change Management office. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that drive transformation across Wealth Management.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Project Leadership: Own the delivery of multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication with senior leaders, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and regulatory standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead project teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and systems through structured change management practices.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and strategic shifts
    • Strong problem-solving skills both in independent work and collaborative environments
    • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Participate and contribute in strategic and transformational initiatives/projects
    • Strong presentation skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
