We’re looking for a strategic, forwardthinking leader to shape the future of how Citizens executes change. As our Enterprise Delivery Director, you’ll work directly with the Head of Enterprise Strategy and senior leaders across the bank to enhance how we plan, deliver, and measure enterprisewide initiatives. This highly visible role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and agile delivery – and is excited to build a worldclass model that accelerates Citizens’ growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Elevate Agile Delivery Across Citizens

    • Drive continuous improvement of our enterprise-wide agile delivery model.

    • Partner deeply with Business, Technology, HR, and Finance to embed modern ways of working.

  • Shape the Operating Model for “Reimagine the Bank”

    • Collaborate with the Chief Transformation Officer and Transformation Office to build a unified, fit-for-purpose delivery model.

    • Modernize governance to streamline decision‑making and improve transparency.

  • Own and Enhance Enterprise Change Management

    • Strengthen our Enterprise Change Management framework and quarterly routines.

    • Deliver clear, actionable reporting that brings visibility to enterprise-wide change and supports prioritization.

  • Run Agile Planning & Governance

    • Oversee annual and quarterly planning ceremonies, governance forums, charters, big room planning sessions, and business reviews.

    • Maintain alignment to agile operating principles, persistent funding, town structures, and gearing ratios.

  • Build Enterprise Delivery Health & Tooling

    • Lead the creation and oversight of agile delivery health metrics.

    • Partner with Technology to ensure Jira, Agile Resource Data Mart, Apptio, and related tools deliver accurate, insight‑rich data.

  • Advance Agile Culture

    • Co‑create learning experiences with HR and business leaders to embed agile ways of working.

    • Develop programming for agile forums, communities of practice, and enterprise town halls.

  • Champion Product Mindset & Capability Building

    • Maintain a catalog of agile tools and practices to support product‑centric thinking.

    • Support role clarity and career pathways for agile roles across Citizens.

  • Represent Enterprise Delivery to Senior Leaders

    • Build compelling, executive‑ready materials for senior leadership and the Board.

    • Translate complex topics into crisp, actionable narratives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting and/or product manager role, with experience in agile methodologies

  • At least 5 years of people management experience

  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills

  • Superb work ethic, attention to detail, team orientation, and commitment to excellence

  • Passionate, highly motivated, self-driven, and a strong orientation to make change

  • Understanding of the financial services / banking industry is a plus

The Ideal Candidate

  • Will have a high degree of executive presence and professionalism

  • Will need to successfully navigate the organization, build strong working relationships with key business stakeholders, and develop a strong professional internal network

  • Is a quick learner, able to develop an understanding of the complex subject areas he or she is supporting to then deliver the strategic support needed by the business partner

  • Is skilled in synthesizing complex ideas into easy-to-understand executive / presentation materials - including delivery of executive-level presentations to senior management

  • Is open to working independently and can handle ambiguity

  • Should be able to work collectively and collaboratively with the team, business partners and/or Citizens senior leadership team to ensure high-quality service delivery satisfaction

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $191,000 - $270,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
