We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and field-oriented Wealth Platform Enablement Lead. In this role, you will improve how Private Wealth teams use Wealth systems and workflows to manage client activity, referrals, pipeline visibility, and account maintenance. This role will define practical usage standards, translate business priorities into role-based routines, and equip leaders and teams with the tools, insights, and support needed to execute consistently. The role will partner cross-functionally with Private Wealth leadership, change management, operations, learning, product, technology, and field leaders to simplify workflows, improve usability, and strengthen business execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

Platform Workflow Standards & Field Execution

Assess current Private Wealth practice management routines and how teams use core systems to support client, pipeline, referral, and account maintenance activities

Define clear platform usage standards aligned to business priorities and workflows by role to support consistent execution across advisors and support teams

Identify gaps in usage patterns, analyze root causes, and partner with stakeholders to refine usage expectations or define requirements for system enhancements

Reduce reliance on off-platform tools by embedding Salesforce and related platform capabilities into day-to-day business routines

Role-Based Tools, Routines & Support

Coordinate delivery through structured channels including live sessions, on-demand resources, in-market support, and job aids

Partner with Learning and subject matter experts to evolve content based on field feedback, usability insights, and emerging business needs

Deliver practical tools, routines, and field support that strengthen advisor confidence, efficiency, and consistent use of Wealth systems

Leadership Accountability & Workflow Improvement

Integrate usage standards into leader routines, including team meetings, coaching practices, and performance conversations

Equip leaders with tools, actionable reporting, and insights to coach consistent execution and improve accountability across teams

Serve as the voice of the field by gathering feedback on workflows, system barriers, and execution outcomes, then translating insights into scalable solutions and repeatable field practices

Partner with product, operations, and business leaders to simplify processes, improve usability, and scale effective usage practices

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking financial services

Strong knowledge of Wealth Management and Private Wealth, including advisor workflows, the client lifecycle, client needs, and practice management dynamics

Deep understanding of advisor and operational systems, including advanced working knowledge of Salesforce

Demonstrated experience improving field execution at scale, ideally within a sales or advisory environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines

Experience collaborating across business, product, technology, operations, learning, and field teams to deliver integrated solutions and improve user experience

Experience translating business goals into practical workflows, usage standards, and scalable field execution

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence leaders and partners across functions

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build alignment across functions

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify usage trends, diagnose gaps, and respond to opportunities in the sales environment

Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and shifting business needs

Completed Bachelor’s degree

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

M-F: 8:00 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET - 100% in office until fully trained then potential hybrid 4 days in office 1 day work from home
