Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support of Salesforce CRM end-user requests, including new user set up, dashboard creation, and report inquiries
- Support regular and adhoc Salesforce CRM data updates - test and deploy effective data driven tools for business processes
- Administer effective data management processes and data governance
- Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/processes, simplification/elimination of redundant activities
- Interact with business partners to analyze and interpret business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent documentation, attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results, and establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Administration experience within Financial Services (Asset Management)
- 1+ years of Salesforce Administrator/Analyst experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
