Columbia Threadneedle Investments seeks a Quantitative Research Analyst in Boston, MA to further the development of quantitative tools to assist in the selection and oversight of investment managers.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside analysts and other internal partners on both day-to-day as well as project and developmental responsibilities. Remote work permitted 2 days per week.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, plus 3 years of experience or, in the alternative, a Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with 1 year of experience. Experience must include databases, data integration, statistics, regression, linear and non-linear models, and time series analysis, as well as experience with the following: Visual Basic, Python, R Project, C/C++/C#, Matlab, Amazon AWS, and Shiny, as well as with third party analytical tools, including Bloomberg, FactSet, Aladdin, BARRA, eVestment, Lipper, and Morningstar.
