Understand the needs of Institutional & Intermediary Sales and develop use cases via feedback gathering, including shadowing and quantitative measurement (e.g., efficiency, usage time, KPIs etc.)
Drive Sales adoption of tools and analysis, through implementation, communication plans, data visualizations and dashboards, and ongoing adoption maintenance
Contribute to Business Intelligence roadmap, observing and sharing industry best practices, and aligning with cross-functional team sales enablement efforts
Oversee project\initiative life-cycle; ensuring operational excellence from problem identification through execution
Provide near-term operational support and/or coordinate triaging tech issues across various cross-functional team
Required Qualifications:
7 years of experience in sales enablement, strategy, consulting, or similar roles supporting Sales and/or Marketing teams
Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud or comparable tool (Salesforce admin certification preferred)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or comparable tools, and Microsoft Excel
Experience with SQL writing of advance SQL queries to extract data (e.g., scripts, functions, joins, etc.), and strong ability to develop insights and trends
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred
Experience in Asset Management /Financial Services
Data Analysis: Experience with Python data analysis
Communication: Ability to engage a diverse stakeholder group and tailor messaging as needed; address stakeholder needs, while maintaining focus on a cohesive goal
Experience working with engineering teams, prioritizing user needs and effectively translating to requirements (exposure to JIRA, Agile concepts etc.)
Ability to break down complex problems into logical objectives
Work collaboratively across functions, empathetic with stakeholders (sales & marketing team) and engage partners (technology, data science sales performance and training etc) to drive cohesive vision and execution
