What You’ll Do
As a technical leader on our Data Management team, you will:
- Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Collaborate with business leaders and architects to evolve our data platform and unlock new insights.
- Support analytics, BI, and data science by delivering optimized data structures and tools.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues, ensuring reliability and resilience.
- Explore emerging technologies in AI, ML, and data science to guide our future direction.
- Define standards and governance to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in data engineering with deep knowledge of modern and traditional data architectures.
- Expertise in SQL, T-SQL, Python, Azure Data Factory, and cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks - Required, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Expertise in working with Salesforce from a data integration perspective.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), data lakes, and Salesforce integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and data integration via APIs.
