The Role
The Customer Solutions Chapter Leader position is a role that combines business and product strategy skills, knowledge of customers and financial products, and technology expertise, along with a passion for coaching and developing associates. This role, which will support the Strategy, Planning & Advice Domain, will forge partnerships within and across chapters and product areas to deliver customer-centric solutions.
In our agile structure, this role will function both independently and as a manager of associates who are deployed to squads. The Chapter Leader hires and develops talent to deliver results by translating business objectives into actionable plans and solutions that deliver customer value. The Chapter Leader serves as a trusted business leader and consultant to Group Squad Leaders and Squad Leaders on cross product area business opportunities.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Series 7 and 24 licensing to provide supervisory oversight of team is strongly preferred; willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire if not already licensed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required

8+ years of functional experience in product management and people leadership, with a consistent record in coaching, managing, agile, and analytical skills

Experience across product development lifecycle – including business analysis and research, business process mapping, and the documentation of business requirements, user acceptance testing and product deployment

Experience leading and coaching teams, inspiring creativity and innovation, creating a culture of inclusion, experimentation, exploration, and continuous learning

Ability to attract, hire, build and retain a pool of diverse chapter members with the skills needed to deliver today and, in the future

Thrives at connecting with and influencing all levels of the organization to drive change and favorable outcomes

Adept at developing a strong team that enables its members to work successfully, delivering value within the Scrum framework

Experience curating learning at scale to promote skill, career, and development growth for chapter members

Resourceful at navigating teams through organizational complexity in support of cross-domain and cross-product area work
The Team
The Customer Solutions Chapter works closely with a team of cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, and dedicated team members responsible for delivering specific business goals aligned to the Workplace Investing product roadmap. We are customer obsessed and driven to analyze, design and deliver features, products and services that align to our customer’s needs. Customer Solutions is a global organization of approximately 200 business professionals and our mission is to drive the realization of results by translating business objectives into concrete plans and solutions that drive customer value. We support business and technology delivery of prioritized work using Agile and scrum techniques within Fidelity Workplace Investing. The Chapter is comprised of four pillars that support the domains making up the Fidelity Workplace Investing Agile organization.
