As a member of the Workplace Investing/ Fidelity Healthcare Group (WI/HCG) Pricing Team, this Senior Manager role will be responsible for delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to develop and lead a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. The role will partner closely with Relationship Management, Rebid Account Executives, Sales, and many other client-focused business support groups to help retain existing clients. You will be responsible for providing consultative analytics and executive level recommendations for clients in the $1 billion+ Strategic DC market.
The Expertise You Have
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
- Financial services experience; experience in benefits outsourcing (WI/HCG) a plus
- Proven ability to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to “tell the story” and communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
