The Role

If you are passionate about creating communications that impact business outcomes, we want to hear from you! As a Director on the Fidelity Institutional (FI) Communications team, you will work closely with senior leaders and their teams to develop and implement strategic communications programs – executive communications, associate communications, social media, and owned/contributed content – that support FI’s business objectives and align with Fidelity enterprise priorities. In addition, this role will help amplify FI’s strategy and profile within the business itself, as well as across the rest of the Fidelity enterprise. This role will also partner closely with colleagues in Fidelity’s external communications (Newsroom), social media, diversity & inclusion, government relations, and public policy teams.

You will be responsible for directly managing one associate on the team, with oversight of their work and, critically, their professional development.

The Team
