As a Vice President Squad Leader in Shared Data Investment Platforms product area, you will be playing a leadership role for investment platform. You will be responsible for vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Investment Platform. The Workplace Investing division is positioned to host/manage the enterprise investment platform. You will own end-to-end a piece of Fidelity.com and Netbenefits.com and will be lead a cross-functional team of business and technology while collaborating across the enterprise. Along with a transformational mindset to deliver an outstanding experience for our WI clients you are passionate about contributing to our client experience. By partnering with other leaders to influence broader strategic decisions and roadmaps, this will ensure alignment on the "what" and "when" of the work performed by the team through ongoing planning and prioritization.

The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree required with experience in financial solutions
  • 5-10+ years of related platform leadership experience and/or product management
  • Strong understanding of agile, JIRA & JIRA Align
  • A good understanding and curiosity for platform capabilities
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Collaboration mindset with internal and external customers
  • Mentor associates at various levels

  • Evaluating progress against squad objectives, removing impediments to making progress
  • Deliver business results and customer value – define specific and measurable OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for your team and measure results
