Program Leader – Health Savings Accounts

The Role

The Health and Benefits Accounts Domain within the Fidelity Healthcare Group is looking for an expert client facing program manager to help lead engagements with Workplace Clients (Employers) regarding their experiences with HSAs. These engagements will include a process to review and document the end-to-end experiences for both employers and employees to identify pain points and opportunities that will provide input into the HSA product roadmap. In addition, the Program Leader will be responsible for conducting market scans to understand market trends and competitor offerings to help inform the HSA product strategy. In this role, you will be a member of the HSA Product Area with additional responsibility for leading specific initiatives associated with client engagements, such as new client onboarding and integrations.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA desired

  • 8+ years program management experience

  • Series 7 and 63 are permitted for this role

  • Experience engaging with senior internal and external clients and partners.

  • Brokerage and financial services experience

  • Client service and/or vendor relationship management experience preferred

  • Experience in healthcare preferred

  • Proven expertise working with large client employer relationships, leading discussions, responding to questions, and overcoming objections.

  • Strong experience advocating for the needs of clients.

  • Meticulous project/program management skills, which are needed to coordinate and complete several unrelated tasks in a timeline desired by the business.

  • Curious and analytical with a customer-centric approach to help overcome client objections and share alternatives to help improve alignment across Fidelity and our Clients.

  • Positive relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills to stay in sync with team members across Fidelity.

  • Experience leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a history of delivering extraordinary outcome for clients and the business.

  • Understanding of the Health Savings Account (HSA) product offering and the needs of the customer using this product.

  • Familiarity with FPRS recordkeeping, FBSI and FDOT platforms a plus.

  • Committed to continuously building a balance of technology and non-technology skills in order to fully appreciate the broad needs of our customers.

The Team

The HSA Product Area is a team of Squad Leaders, Product Owners and Program Leaders that work in partnership with other Product Areas, Chapter Areas, WI Relationship Management, WI Service and Operations and other organizations to continuously evolve the capabilities and experiences for HSAs. The Product Area’s current focus includes customer onboarding, contributions management (including Holding Account, Contribution Advance, Deposit Error Corrections); Investing, Advice, Contribution Tools, Balance Sharing and the Digital Experiences used by employers and employees.
