The Role
As a member of Fidelity Workplace Investing Talent Management and Leadership Development team, you will partner with our Human Resource team to develop and execute against a talent agenda aligned with WI’s overall business strategy. This role will partner with the leadership development team to increase manager effectiveness through the connectivity of our talent practices and drive implementation of Fidelity WI and Enterprise TDI initiatives. This role will report into the VP Talent Management & Leadership Development and develop annual talent strategies that integrate components of talent reviews, talent optimization and leadership mobility.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, OD, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive Talent experience in a variety of disciplines including consulting, organizational design, learning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and change management
- Experience working in large, complex organizations
- Proven success in collaborative leadership and working with executive leaders and internal HR partners
- Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link Talent, Development, and Inclusion priorities to key business initiatives
- Demonstrated success as a change agent for organizational transformation efforts
- Excellent presentation, speaking and, communication (verbal and written) skills; ability to communicate and influence across the organization.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills evidencing the ability to think and act strategically
- Data analytics and data management – able to develop hypothesis and leverage data design and data input to articulate opportunities
The Value You Deliver
- In partnership with HR, drive implementation of all Talent Management COE-led initiatives
- Increase connectivity across the Annual Talent & Performance Cycle (i.e., goal setting, quarterly check-ins, development planning, year-end reviews)
- Provide leadership and general direction to the talent management extended team and project teams to support resource use
- Develop and drive talent planning efforts that build an enduring, deep and diverse pipeline of future leaders and ensure teams have the talent needed to deliver on their strategy
- Develop strategies to accelerate early career talent development and solutions to increase mobility of exceptional talent
- Consult and identify critical learning needs of the organization with ability to design concrete development solutions
- Consult and partner with WI Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team as related initiatives across the associate experience to enable the overall business strategy
- Analyze talent management processes, implement improvements, and share knowledge with broader team to ensure consistent practice across all departments
- Provide leader enablement for firm-wide and WI-wide talent, development, and inclusion initiatives
- Act as a trusted and credible partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends solutions
- Serve as internal coach to leaders, when needed, which may include 360 or other assessment debriefs (Primary instruments used include Hogan and DiSC)
- Develop and use actionable metrics to provide insights that help drive business decisions
