Job Description:

As a Senior Manager on the firm’s Global Security Operations team, you will be working in an industry-leading, formative, fast–paced environment and will have the opportunity to conduct physical security site assessments, provide relevant security training and manage threat related matters with potential to impact the firm’s associates, customers, and facilities!

The location for this role is MA, RI, NH, TX, NC, or KY. Extensive travel is required for this role.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to master quickly and navigate sensitive and complex organizational, management, employee, and customer matters
• Sound judgment assessing risks and identify matters requiring escalation
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with briefing experience
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities

• Site Assessment, Risk Mitigation, Investigations, Life Safety, Continuity of Operations, Business, Audit, Risk, and Compliance experience preferred
• Understanding of Security Technology and proper mitigation strategies
• Stakeholder and relationship management (communicates effectively with senior security leadership, site/business unit leadership, business partners, and public safety agencies)
• Undergraduate degree

The Purpose of Your Role

• Supports security operations at 215+ Investor Centers and Remote Offices implementing the proper strategies to combat threats of violence, self-harm, harassment, domestic violence, stalking and other concerning behaviors that may affect associates, clients, and facilities
• Conducts numerous physical site security assessments while responding to operational needs
• Facilitates safety trainings, analysis, and briefings (extensive training will be provided)
• Provides comprehensive security operations recommendations to partners
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key partners
