Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst (FA) role is a member of the Brokerage Finance Team, delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to business leadership. You will be participating in a number of key dependencies in supporting the organization including Headcount and P&L governance, KPI/Scorecards and reporting and insights along with supporting the Brokerage Technology team. The Expertise We’re Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
• 2+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis; 2+ years of experience with advanced degree
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to apply these skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize key points and effectively communicate findings
• Successfully collaborate with business partners and work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible and work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, SQL
