Job Description:

Operations Internship Program

The Role: Seeking incredible multi-taskers with strong problem solving and excel skills. Operations interns will work closely with clients and business partners to ensure the seamless delivery of Fidelity’s products and services through outstanding customer service support and detailed processing of transaction requests.

  • CE (client experience)- 3 types of teams: client facing associates predominantly on the phones bringing in clients onto brokerage platform Wealthscape; transaction processing and opening new accounts based on requests submitted by clients; AND training group by providing clients info and support to get the most out of Wealthscape.

  • HCO (healthcare ops)- Deliver the best service experience in the industry; customer obsessed and provides the right solutions to enable employees to make informed decisions about their health care benefits. HCO enables the digital tools that drive the best health and wellness decisions by our customer's employees. Want candidates who have a strong curiosity about process improvement and healthcare benefits.

  • FFIO (fidelity fund & investment ops)- provides investment management support services to Fidelity businesses and mutual fund shareholders. Provides a wide range of asset servicing functions including proxy research, information and data services, pricing, cash management, accounting, integrated solutions, relationship management, and global product services. Wants candidates that have analytic and tech background.

  • OSG (operation service group)- supports institutional, corporate clients as well as Financial Reps, Financial Rep Assistants, and shareholders, with a full range of servicing across the transfer agent spectrum by responding to inbound calls, performing trade execution, and acting as a client advocate throughout the organization.

  • Personal Investing- supports Fidelity’s Personal Investment associates and Retail clients with new accounts, account features, money movement and other needs. PI is dedicated to pursuing accurate and swift execution of every client requests.

At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we’re calling “Dynamic Working”. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity office at least two weeks a month, for 5 consecutive days, on a rotation of every other week. Fidelity Investments does not offer work visas for this role

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $70,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
