HSA Solutions Consultant
As Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing solutions to assist Fidelity Health and Benefit Account clients in meeting strategic program goals while driving organic growth. Using data driven analytics, a deep understanding of health savings accounts and Fidelity’s product offering, you will work with Managing Directors and other internal service team members to build, maintain and grow strong and committed client relationships with key decision makers, influencers and C- suite committee members of Fidelity Health clients. The role is a consultative role, requiring a clear understanding of the business needs and relevant challenges of each client. Client loyalty and satisfaction is developed by seeking feedback, anticipating needs and proactively providing solutions.
This role leads and collaborates with an internal team of service-based associates and partners across the organization to resolve client problems and offer solutions for client needs. Together and partnering with the Plan Sponsors, you will help our clients lead a successful Health Savings Account program to improve their employees’ overall wellbeing.
The Expertise You Have

Deep knowledge of Health Savings account administration is required, experience in Health & welfare or benefits administration is also preferred

We require associates in this role to acquire a Series 7 and 63 within the first 3 months of acquiring the position.

8+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience

Client-facing consultation skills to effectively engage key decision makers to develop a deeper understanding of their needs and opportunities, and the ability to articulate the value of an HSA eligible plan and the Health Savings Account.

Ability to participate in and leading business planning discussions, reviewing key plan performance indicators.

Proactive awareness of changes in the client's business, their competition, industry, and marketplace, through proactive solicitation and/or research, in order to influence and impact client satisfaction and being seen as an industry and product expert.

Ability to think broadly and creatively beyond the day-to-day to develop creative solutions to drive employee engagement.

Experience with gathering, understanding, and analyzing plan level performance metrics and ability to understand the underlying causes that contribute to the plan metrics.

Excellent presentation, influence and negotiation skills, as well as strong organizational, time management and executive presence capabilities will be needed to excel in this position.

Helping clients understand the current state of their HDHP plan and HSA usage through the use of data, benchmarks and understanding of the industry.

Driving client utilization of available product features, communications and education campaigns, and thought leadership pieces to drive Increased adoption of HDHP plans, account opening, average account balance and invested assets

Encouraging clients to promote these components in a way that will encourage usage by their employees.

Drive high client retention and satisfaction though collaboration to drive better outcome for their employees and mee the employer’s goals.
