The Role
As part of the Product organization, the Program Manager is responsible for delivering quality solutions by supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives while ensuring consistency with Product strategy, commitments, and goals.
The Program Manager works in conjunction with Stock Plan Leaders at the portfolio and program level to coordinate initiatives by providing oversight from initial assessment through solution launch with an emphasis on business readiness activities. This role will be primarily focused on supporting cross domain work to align Stock Plan Services (SPS) and Brokerage interdependencies and future state roadmaps. This person will also collaborate to build, implement, and monitor efficient and effective processes for the Product Development Lifecycle within the framework of a high-performing agile team environment.

Organizing, collaborating to set success measures, and monitoring assigned initiatives to support the organization’s key objectives.

Working with program/initiative teams to manage issues and risks throughout project lifecycle.

Facilitation of initiative business readiness activities including planning and deployment of product improvements.

Providing status updates on a regular basis to Stock Plan leadership and key partners for assigned initiatives.

Working with leadership to build and maintain client migration/adoption plan for implementation of new or enhanced product features.

Facilitating quarterly program planning sessions for the team.

Working with Product leadership to continuously improve how the Product team executes against their work.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring

5- 7 years of related project management experience in financial services, systems development, product development, and/or project/program management

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience with Brokerage is a plus

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is beneficial

Experience in SAFe and Six Sigma are a plus

Ability to understand sophisticated business environments and interdependent relationships for business requirements

Well-demonstrated leadership skills, a strong sense of ownership, and dedication to results

The Team
Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides companies with outstanding administration for their equity compensation programs, including stock option, restricted stock, employee stock purchase, stock appreciate and performance plans. SPS Product Development supports the business and technology work streams that deliver against approved initiatives including new products for emerging markets and enhancements to existing products.
