The Role
Welcome to our team of administrative support for the Fund and Brokerage Operations & Technology (FBOT) Business. You will lead a team of seasoned and highly respected Senior Executive Assistants who support leaders across several business functions in FBOT. The role requires excellent listening skills, transparency and “owning the outcome.”
As a key member of the Admin team, you will influence the work of the team by assisting with key meetings, events, programs, and serving as a point of contact for our multi-skilled team. With our large network of executive assistants in FBOT, working collaboratively is required to support each other, while executing on important initiatives for our leadership team.

- Manage internal communications such as the Weekly / Special Bulletin processes
- Facilitate monthly team meetings incorporating cross-training initiatives, development opportunities, business updates and celebration of team successes
- Advocate for the Administrative team by listening to their challenges and identifying resources to remove impediments so they can focus on their core functions and priorities
- Schedule ongoing feedback sessions with senior leaders and business partners to identify opportunities for improvement, having immediate and candid conversations with team members by providing constructive feedback to understand what went well, what can be refined, and what can be done differently
- Knowing how to ask for help when it is needed, the importance of continuous improvement and learning, and the willingness to support your team by “rolling up your sleeves” to get the task accomplished

This role is a vital part of the FBOT Admin Team Model and the company’s success. Individuals serving on the administrative team are recognized and valued by their colleagues as key members of their group, department, or business unit in helping the Senior Leaders and their Team run efficiently every single day by providing primary coverage and having adequate backup support from members across the FBOT Admin Team.
