Marketing Manager, Fidelity Charitable
Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong marketing and copywriting skills? We’re looking for a unique candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
The Role
Fidelity Charitable seeks a talented individual to support two key programs within our marketing team. This exceptional individual will work with our Director of Philanthropic Engagement and Thought Leadership to drive awareness of the Private Donor Group and Fidelity Charitable Catalyst Fund. You will execute projects by working closely with various internal teams to coordinate effective communications, messaging, and events, and establish systems and processes to drive efficiencies across the marketing team.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications or marketing.
- Experience: 5+ years of communications and/or marketing coordination experience within an agency or corporate environment preferred.
- Marketing Passion: Experience and enthusiasm for marketing, with innovative thinking to reach various audiences.
- Collaboration and Critical Thinking: Strong collaboration skills across various internal business units and teams.
- Content Creation: Proven skills in writing and creating content that resonates with internal and external audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to drive initiatives from start to finish.
- Tools Knowledge: Understanding of marketing and production management tools such as Workfront, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics.
- Philanthropy Knowledge: Familiarity with philanthropy and the sector is a plus.
- Project Management: Creating and maintaining project plans and timelines, keeping stakeholders updated on progress and results.
- Marketing and content Strategies: Developing and coordinating the production and distribution of collateral, such as whitepapers, blogs, emails, and advertisements for our donor and nonprofit audiences.
- Email deployment: Support the creation and execution of emails and newsletters, ensuring content and design accuracy and alignment to our audience goals.
- Event and presentation Support: Assisting with external in-person events, virtual meetings, and webinars.
- Website Maintenance: Ensuring website content is current and relevant.

You will report to the Director of Philanthropic Engagement and Thought Leadership, helping to realize our internal and external goals. Your role will support driving awareness of Fidelity Charitable, the Private Donor Group (PDG), and Fidelity Charitable Catalyst Fund.
