Designs dashboard and effective narrations using data and insights (Tableau and Power BI). Designs tables using Hadoop and relational databases (Statistical Analysis Software (SAS) and Snowflake). Leverages statistical and data science programming skills in SQL and Python. Delivers end-to-end automation of analytics using Alteryx. Maintains all aspects of data movement technologies, including Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools, and data integration and blending. Develops usage and activity success metrics for user interactions with web and mobile platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
Builds analytic dashboards in support of business insights to help drive business and improve customers’ digital experience.
Designs and implements portfolio risk and optimization techniques to deliver industry differentiated capabilities.
Develops and deploys Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to enhance operational efficiency or identify potential customers for various business needs within the organization.
Formulates mathematical or simulation models of problems, relates constants and variable, restrictions, alternatives, conflicts objectives, and their numerical parameters.
Performs validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulates models as necessary.
Creates and applies mathematical models and other optimization methods to develop and interpret information for effective decision making.
Collects and analyzes data to develop software for service or products as applicable.
Develops and supplies optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Data Science (or closely related occupation) interpreting customer behavior trends to influence product roadmaps, optimize operational costs, and increase profitability in a financial services environment, utilizing and analyzing data via Snowflake or MS SQL and generating insights via Amazon Sagemaker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Data Science (or closely related occupation) interpreting customer behavior trends to influence product roadmaps, optimize operational costs, and increase profitability in a financial services environment, utilizing and analyzing data via Snowflake or MS SQL and generating insights via Amazon Sagemaker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Candidate must also possess:
Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) designing and developing dashboards, business, and data analytics reports to provide business and operational insights, using JIRA, Oracle Business Intelligence, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
DE implementing data science concepts (models, A/B testing, and experimentation) using Amazon Sagemaker, Python, and R; developing tools and products by applying advanced analytical techniques to large datasets, using data modeling (Regression models, Random Forest, time series, and clustering).
DE creating and analyzing business data models, using data analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) processes and tools -- Oracle Business Intelligence and Tableau -- to define data movement across technological systems (for the analysis of business process integration).
DE creating visualization designs, dashboard development, and effective story telling using data and insights (Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI).
