The Team
Fidelity Workplace Investing's Core Market Sales is a collaborative, conscientious, fast-moving and exciting environment! We serve the businesses of America by assessing their needs and offering creative solutions through Fidelity’s 401(k) solutions, education and services. This role is part of a phenomenal team of sales leaders who are collectively responsible for leading the regional sales professionals within Fidelity’s Workplace Core business. In this role you will have direct responsibility for a team of top-tier sales professionals who bring the value of Fidelity’s retirement solutions to our Core segment clients and prospects. You will lead a group of our external field wholesalers representing Fidelity's 401(k) solutions in the $1-50M Core Market. You will also be a senior leader on the Core Sales team helping to mentor and grow other sales leaders.
The Expertise You Have
- Track record of building high performing, diverse, and collaborative teams
- Love of coaching, development, and mentoring
- Process-oriented mind-set combined with a dynamic and flexible operating style
- Series 7, 63 & 24 licenses need to be acquired upon accepting the role
- Previous sales leadership experience and knowledge of the retirement benefits landscape are must-haves

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
