Job Description:
The Role
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Asset Management Compliance training program. Working in partnership with the program director, this role will execute the both the strategic direction and tactical implementation of the AM Compliance training program. Responsibilities include learning needs analysis, identifying appropriate training programs and program planning/management, stakeholder management, communication, completion reporting and audit responding.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
5+ years’ experience in a learning and development environment
Partner/Stakeholder management and consultation
Ability to project manage multiple large-scale projects with tight time constraints
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated excellence in project management
Consult and collaborate with compliance, risk, enterprise learning and governance partners on program strategy, content, execution and training completions/reporting.
Monitor and improve compliance training courses ensuring program is in alignment with the Compliance Program and Policies (CPPs) and training controls and respond to audit requests.
Build relationships across Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise Compliance training to create cohesive but not duplicative AM specific compliance training program.
Support and troubleshoot escalation issues.
A balance of strategic, technical, and tactical learning and development skills.
Ability to work with senior leadership, collaborate with team and business partners with confidence and credibility and exhibit good understanding of issues and challenges for the businesses.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work with and interpret data, especially audience criteria to ensure compliance training is appropriately assigned.
