Technical Product Manager

The Role

Join Fidelity Labs, our in-house new business incubator, as the Technical Product Manager for a SaaS platform in the charitable industry. It’s a fast-paced environment where decisions are data-focused, collaborative, and iterative. The organization deeply values design.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the product delivery and business requirement execution on the product team in tight coordination with technology and oversight partners

  • Consulting with the product lead, with customers and other stakeholders to inform the product strategy

  • Helping to define the design work, support design sprint, user testing, and feature refinement

  • Supporting customer success and product operations, using metrics and measures to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Product Experience: 5+ years of experience in product development / execution with the ability to drive tactical initiatives, through implementation, of a product strategy/roadmap

  • Delivery Excellence: Excellent proven requirements analysis, story writing, validation, and product deployment and business readiness/product support; experience in measurement, metrics, and business intelligence reporting to support prioritization and decision making around the product

  • Customer-Centric Thinking: You understand financial concepts and the ability to articulate the customer’s needs to business partners

  • Adaptability: Proven time management, organizational, and decision-making skills to thrive in a nimble and innovative environment
