The Role
Saifr is seeking a strategic and user-centric Sr. Content Marketing Manager to lead the design and optimization of Saifr’s content ecosystem. This role focuses on creating seamless, engaging, and conversion-driven content journeys across digital channels. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating how content is structured, delivered, and personalized to support solution storytelling, campaign performance, and customer engagement. You’ll work in close partnership with the Senior Manager of Demand Generation to ensure content experiences are aligned with audience needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Content Experience Management
• Design, optimize, and orchestrate the entire journey a user has with Saifr’s content—from discovery to engagement to conversion.
• Design and manage the content architecture and how content is structured, surfaced, and navigated across platforms (e.g., website, email, events, social, etc).
• Map content to buyer journeys, ensuring relevance and continuity across lifecycle stages.
• Develop frameworks for content personalization, modularity, and reuse.
Content Creation & Editorial Excellence
• Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of content assets including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, landing pages, and email copy.
• Ensure all content is clear, compelling, grammatically accurate, and aligned with brand voice and tone.
• Manage external vendors and internal contributors to scale content production and experience design.
Solution-Oriented Storytelling
• Create and optimize content experiences that highlight industry challenges, customer pain points, and how our solutions address them.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to surface insights and build credibility through thought leadership.
Demand Generation Partnership
• Partner with the Senior Manager of Demand Generation to align content experiences with campaign strategy and funnel goals.
• Support integrated campaigns with tailored landing pages, nurture flows, and conversion-optimized assets.
• Use behavioral data and performance metrics to refine content journeys and improve engagement.
Sales Enablement Support
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and objection-handling guides.
• Ensure sales content is aligned with messaging strategy and updated to reflect product evolution and market feedback.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Performance & Optimization
• Monitor content engagement, flow, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CMS platforms.
• Run A/B tests and leverage insights to improve UX, messaging, and content delivery.
• Implement GEO/AIO, SEO and accessibility best practices across all content touchpoints.

Qualifications
• 6-10+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or technology writing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience designing content journeys that support acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Strong understanding of buyer behavior and digital content consumption.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Marketing or business-related field is a plus.

• Background in fintech, data, AI, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with ABM and lifecycle marketing strategies.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
