The Role
Fidelity Stock Transfer within Fidelity Labs is looking for a Director of Design to lead the visual design, user research, and content design in the next phase of our growth.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Deep expertise in visual design, user research, and content design
- Experience creating and driving towards top level business KPIs
- People management skills with a strong interest in coaching and growing your teams' career vitality
- Desire and ability to be both a highly functioning individual contributor and people manager
- Highly empathic to users, your business partners, and the business objectives
- Ability to be a strategic thinker and low ego and willing to do what's best for the business each day
- 10+ years of successful experience building lovable, lasting products
- Embraces flexibility when business and product pivots occur
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Financial Services and a student of the markets
- Technical acumen highly desired

The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
