You’ll partner not only within our editorial team but also across the broader marketing organization -- including digital, compliance, creative, and segment marketing teams -- to build and refine processes for content maintenance, performance tracking, and content updates. This collaboration will give you a direct hand in informing our editorial strategy and ensuring alignment across channels. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Editorial Operations and Marketing Manager to build and formalize how our content is managed throughout its lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys putting structure around creative processes and is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team of content creators and marketers. We’re excited to bring someone on who has:
Minimum of 5 years working in publishing, content marketing, or general marketing and communications (internships included).
Strong analytical skills and experience developing dashboards and monitoring performance metrics, turning data into actionable insights that influence content strategy.
Familiarity with content management systems and performance tracking tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort collaborating with peers and senior team members.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with varied complexities simultaneously.
A passion for process improvement and proactively asking questions to provide the best solution.
Curiosity and an interest in learning about the Wealth Management industry. Financial services industry experience a plus, but not required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)

The Wealth Management Editorial team is part of the Fidelity Institutional and Asset Management Marketing organization. Our dynamic and collaborative team is passionate about raising the voice of Fidelity in the marketplace and helping wealth management firms grow. We develop and deliver compelling points of view that provoke conversation, drive action, and ultimately help wealth management leaders and their teams navigate industry change. We partner with various groups across Fidelity Institutional and the larger Fidelity enterprise to ensure we bring the best to our customers every single day.

The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
