The Role

Fidelity is seeking a strategic and innovative leader to own and advance the ETF product strategy across our brokerage business, ensuring market differentiation and exceptional client experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how ETFs are positioned and delivered to millions of investors, collaborate across key business units, and engage directly with senior leaders and external partners.
- Lead the ETF product strategy for Fidelity’s digital channels, aligning with client needs, competitive trends, and business priorities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Asset Management, Wealth Management, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Develop and refine product strategies, pricing models, and value propositions that differentiate Fidelity’s ETF offerings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ETF operations and market dynamics, providing insights that shape digital experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Monitor competitive, regulatory, and industry trends, ensuring our ETF strategy remains innovative and compliant.
- Represent Fidelity with executive presence in internal and external forums, presenting data-driven insights with strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Deep expertise in ETFs complimented by diversified products such as mutual funds and model portfolios.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple business units.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to turn insights into actionable outcomes.
- Comfort presenting to senior executives and external partners, with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Curiosity and creativity to identify new ways to engage customers and deliver differentiated ETF solutions.
- 5+ years in financial services with a minimum of 3 years specializing in ETF strategy or comparable product development.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Series 7 preferred.

The Team
You’ll join a dynamic, growth-focused team dedicated to driving product innovation and the continued growth of our self-directed brokerage business. We work closely with Asset Management, Weal Management, FundsNetwork, and other partners to ensure Fidelity remains a leader in delivering diversified investment solutions that meet evolving investor needs.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-222,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
