The Role
As the HR Future Impact Program Manager, you will help design and deliver early career experiences for more than 25 full-time HR Rotational Associates and HR Data & Analytics Associates, as well as 25 HR Summer Interns. As part of this responsibility, you will help curate development opportunities for associates that align with current and future business needs. Working with the Director of the HR Future Impact Programs, you will be responsible for the implementation of rotations and the execution of the program, while focusing on associate and intern growth and development.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, with 5-7 years of relevant project/program management experience; directly related to Human Resources is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, assess and manage talent, providing inspiration, feedback and support as associates grow through stretch experiences
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and form strong partner relationships
- Ability to consult and influence senior levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality, and a high degree of comfort with working in ambiguous situations
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple concurrent objectives and activities, highly flexible and adaptable to fast paced environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort interacting with, and presenting to, senior level management

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
