Position Description:

Builds strategies for digital publishing solutions to connect data components, data storage, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), workflows, technology, and automation solutions. Liaises with marketing, sales, data, and technology groups to build roadmaps and to drive the scale and efficiency of product collateral, client reporting, development, and distribution. Assigns and conveys business value of technology initiatives to Scrum team members, including Quality Assurance and development resources. Develops products by implementing systems and business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, case development, story writing, set up or configuration of systems, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Builds new product capabilities to expand managed account offerings.
  • Researches opportunities to optimize marketing content development workflows, influences streamlined product information data supply chain, and drives technology advancement in the assembly and automation of content.
  • Partners with teams to identify current state challenges, data quality issues, manual labor-intensive production, and barriers to efficiency.
  • Identifies and prioritizes areas of opportunity to streamline, automate, and align internal resources and third-party technology providers.
  • Addresses and monitors complex business and systems environment by applying principles of product development, systems and business analysis, and program management.
  • Collaborates with business and technology teams by applying Agile methodologies to define the latest deployment capabilities and develop technology layers.
  • Designs and establishes business architecture coupled with owning and understanding technical implications to program participants.
  • Facilitates critical coordination across teams including planning, design, and problem-solving.
  • Works with product area leadership to create and manage the scrum team’s product backlog.
  • Creates and drives scrum stories to completion.
  • Defines product features and maintains awareness of internal and external market trends.
  • Leads analysis of systems and business process to identify user needs, document requirements, address operations, process issues, and improvements to accomplish business objectives.
  • Monitors and leads distillation and translation of customer needs into Agile stories using Agile methodologies.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Digital Media, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience as a Director, Business Analysis (or closely related occupation) streamlining and improving customer and internal stakeholder digital experiences in a B2B technology related domain.

Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Digital Media, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience as a Director, Business Analysis (or closely related occupation) streamlining and improving customer and internal stakeholder digital experiences in a B2B technology related domain.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

  • Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) managing marketing automation systems using Salesforce or Hubspot to streamline processes, optimize data flow, and ensure seamless integration across a data landscape; and performing content management using automation tools -- Nuxeo, Qvidian, or Seismic.
  • DE performing analysis and problem-solving to enable data-driven decisions and measure performance against established objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that deliver on business, technology, compliance, operational, and product growth results, using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
  • DE conducting technical research, testing, gathering user feedback, analyzing costs and benefits, and performing competitive analysis for operations and automations in a financial services environment, using visualization tool (Miro), survey builder tool (Qualtrics), and data analysis tool (Microsoft Excel).
  • DE performing project and program management by rallying cross-functional teams around defined sets of requirements for automation solutions to be developed with agile methodologies, using Workfront or Smartsheet.

Salary: $155,637.00 to $165,637.00/year.
