The Role
As the Senior University Relationships Lead, you serve as the strategic liaison between Fidelity and our university partners across graduate, undergraduate and community colleges throughout Fidelity’s regional footprint. In alignment with Fidelity’s workforce strategy and various business plans, you will develop and maintain impactful relationships with our target university career services, deans, faculty, and students, alumni and professional student organizations to provide access to top students and establish a mutually beneficial long-term collaboration.
In this role, you lead the planning and execution of hybrid campus engagement and recruiting strategies across regions. You will play a critical role in partnering with key leaders and internal stakeholders across Fidelity’s regional offices to support our early career hiring needs, including co‑op and full‑time programs. The position also includes recruiter responsibilities such as managing requisitions, assessing candidates, and supporting selection processes.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of recruiting/talent acquisition
Proven success in the development of talent attraction and retention strategies
Demonstrated experience with all campus recruiting lifecycle components including sourcing, qualifying and assessing students, networking, university trends and relationship management.
Experience in managing large-scale recruitment events and presentations
Experience building new, strategic school relationships that are aligned to business needs
Ability to interpret data and trends to inform decisions and optimize strategies
Strong understanding of recruitment laws and compliance
Proficient in computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Office) and applicant tracking systems (i.e.Workday)
Demonstrated use of technical applications and social media tools for recruitment such as LinkedIn and Handshake
Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills with all audiences
Proven track record of building and sustaining strong partnerships with universities and internal business stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead through ambiguity, adjust to evolving business needs, and influence without authority
Travel for campus recruitment and regional events will be required throughout the university recruitment cycle to multiple markets (up to 40%); some evenings and weekends may be necessary

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
