The Role
The Consultant, a member of the Wealth Management team, collaborates with the team and business partners to lead and support significant strategic programs by defining problem statements, conducting research and analysis to find opportunities, and recommending a solution for our offering!

- Identifying the needs and opportunities of our target customers
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of Fidelity’s solutions and capabilities, as well as our competitive position in the marketplace
- Driving and supporting key aspects of the offering life cycle, including ideation, case development, business requirements, designing and implementing end-to-end customer experiences, and determining metrics for continuing opportunity evaluation
- Structuring and running pilots to test offering hypotheses
- Exploring innovative opportunities aligned with Fidelity Wealth strategic vision
- Building insightful presentations and resources
- Working with both internal and external business partners to optimize associate and client experiences that address the needs of our clients
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s or equivalent with 8 years of experience in Wealth Management
- FINRA Series 7, 63 encouraged
- Consulting experience preferred
- Comfortable with ambiguity and strong drive and initiative
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and critical problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to work on initiatives simultaneously and with multiple partner groups, both internal and external to Fidelity
- Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Prior knowledge of and experience with HNW Wealth Management Offerings, Fidelity Wealth Services, Distribution and/or Managed Accounts is a plus
- Articulating client preferences in the design of products and solutions
- Demonstrated capacity to approach customer experience from an end‑to‑end perspective
- Exceptional collaborative and team skills, contributing to the team’s collective knowledge and success

As part of Wealth Management and Retirement Offerings group, the Wealth Management Offering team defines and develops the offerings and value propositions that serve High‑Net‑Worth clients seeking a comprehensive Wealth Management experience. We bring together the full breadth of our capabilities—spanning relationship models, financial and wealth planning, and products and solutions—to deepen client relationships at scale.
We serve as the connective hub across the organization, unifying all solutions, platforms, and delivery channels into a seamless, integrated ecosystem. By aligning our capabilities and implementing them thoughtfully, we enable advisors and clients to access the right expertise, tools, and insights when they need them most—creating a truly integrated and differentiated Wealth Management journey.
Fidelity Wealth’s Customer Insights & Offerings is a newly established function, bringing customer analytics and wealth management offerings even closer together. The team is responsible for understanding the needs and behaviors of Fidelity Wealth’s customers and their families and developing offerings and solutions that meet their needs throughout their lifetime.
The base salary range for this position is $79,000-153,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
