We are currently sourcing for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join in Smithfield, RI or Merrimack, NH! Fidelity TalentSource is the talent acquisition team within Enterprise Human Resources that focuses on Fidelity Investments temporary staffing needs. In addition they will provide subject matter expertise to managers, including internal and external employment market trends, while maintaining deep knowledge of their business objectives and workforce plans.

The Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with hiring managers in specific business units, gain knowledge about their business, understand their staffing needs, and successfully deliver high quality candidates for temporary openings. As a full desk partner, you will source, interview and place contingent workers across multiple disciplines including technology, professional and administrative. You will provide hiring subject matter expertise to managers with regards to the internal and external employment market trends and maintain deep knowledge of their business objectives and workforce plans.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Ability to apply strong time management techniques to meet high volume and deadlines as well as demonstrate organization skills
  • 3-5 years of relevant full cycle recruiting experience with a search agency, RPO provider or a corporate recruiting team.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or Workday and advanced recruiting techniques like Boolean search strings, X-ray searches and use of other strategies and tools.
  • Proven knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle components including sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Highly developed staffing expertise, deep organizational knowledge, and sound discernment in order to contribute to the business and build credibility with clients.
  • Skilled ability to develop a sourcing strategy that includes education on inclusive hiring practices, a consultative approach toward using market data and industry research to guide managers through the candidate selection process and improve the overall delivery of talent.
  • Maintaining relationships with previous workers and seeing opportunities to redeploy them
  • Building talent pipelines and attracting high-quality, experienced talent (technical and non-technical) across numerous markets and professional communities
  • Creating company awareness, selling an opportunity, and developing active interest from talent for openings.
  • Operating independently in a collaborative environment, navigate ambiguity independently, influence partners, and make recommendations to refine the selection process ensuring projects stay on-track.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Impacting business unit’s ability to achieve goals by providing high quality and timely temporary staffing solutions.
  • Success supporting project goals and leading a team to perform efficiently, remain engaged, motivated, and focused on the tasks at hand.
  • Inspiring and encouraging creativity among a team and foster a collaborative work environment to exceed project goals.
  • Experience mentoring and training less experienced team members and effectively communicating their success and struggles
  • Participation in site specific and/or function specific recruiting and community events.
  • Strong problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills.
