Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple leaders within Fidelity Investments Corporate Audit. This role is critical to enabling executives and teams to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Administrative Assistants are trusted partners who manage complex logistics, communications, and confidential information while exemplifying Fidelity’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to multiple leaders.

• Proactively manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings across time zones and shifting priorities.

• Arrange domestic and international travel; prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports.

• Support budgeting activities, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and expense tracking.

• Prepare, edit, and maintain PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents.

• Coordinate team meetings, leadership offsites, onboarding activities, and departmental events.

• Serve as a liaison across departments and with external partners, ensuring clear communication.

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

• Provide backup coverage for other administrative assistants and assist with ad hoc projects.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience supporting leaders or senior managers.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Professional presence with a strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in a large corporate or financial services organization.

• Event coordination or project-based administrative support experience.

• Comfort working in a hybrid environment and across multiple time zones.

• Creative communication skills for internal announcements or materials.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
