The Role
This role is part of a team that oversees the product development for the Securities Finance Principal business unit. The team is responsible for creating and executing business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and executing cross-organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, stable products on time and aligned with business objectives
Partnering closely with business stakeholders to identify product gaps, streamline inefficiencies, and translate complex business requirements into detailed documentation
Acting as a liaison between business partners, technology teams and leadership to manage expectations and facilitate clear communication throughout the development lifecycle
Owning the creation of user stories, functional documentation and workflow diagrams to ensure alignment across business and technology teams
Managing project deliverables including proactively identifying blockers, performing user acceptance testing and supporting production releases
Developing a thorough understanding of existing end-to-end processes to effectively troubleshoot production issues and manage future enhancements
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required with relevant experience in technology or financial services
Experience with product management, project management, technical analysis, or business analysis preferred
Knowledge and understanding of Securities Finance or Capital Markets a plus
Composing workflow and/or system documentation
Translating business requirements into concise written technology requirements
Facilitating meetings, documenting action items and following up with stakeholders
Detail-oriented, analytical thinking with a sense of urgency and ownership
Strong attention to detail and ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in SQL a plus
The Team
The team interacts with all aspects of the business including, but not limited to, Technology, Vendors, Trading, Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance. The product development team works with all business partners to create new features and functionality to promote the growth/success of the business unit and Fidelity as a whole.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-155,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
