Senior Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to execute executive hiring strategies for the firm’s most critical leadership roles. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the enterprise, using market intelligence, executive search expertise, and sourcing strategies to attract and engage leadership talent across the enterprise.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, you will lead executive search strategy for high-impact roles, partnering closely with senior leaders to define talent needs, assess market dynamics, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You will drive a rigorous, insight-led search process that reflects best-in-class executive recruiting practices while ensuring a highly differentiated candidate and stakeholder experience.

This role requires the ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level owning complex searches end-to-end while influencing leadership decisions through data, judgment, and market expertise.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 5–8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including 3–5 years within a retained executive search firm or top-tier consulting environment
  • Demonstrated success leading executive searches within financial services or adjacent complex, regulated industries
  • Deep understanding of executive talent markets, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends shaping leadership hiring
  • Strong track record of managing multiple high-priority searches across business units and geographies
  • Experience building and leveraging external networks, including executive talent pools, search firms, and industry communities
  • Design and execute data-driven, market-informed sourcing and search strategies to identify and attract top executive talent
  • Develop targeted engagement approaches to effectively connect with and convert passive executive candidates
  • Conduct sophisticated market mapping and competitive intelligence to inform search strategy and talent decisions
  • Lead comprehensive executive assessment processes, synthesizing candidate insights into clear, compelling recommendations for senior partners
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Communicate with clarity and influence, effectively guiding stakeholders through complex hiring processes
  • Demonstrate a high degree of intellectual curiosity, accountability, and integrity
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial attitude, bringing creativity and adaptability to solve complex talent challenges
  • Help develop and execute executive search strategies that result in the placement of high-impact leaders in critical roles across the enterprise
  • Build and sustain diverse, future-ready leadership pipelines aligned to business priorities and succession needs
  • Leverage market intelligence to advise hiring strategy, ensuring Fidelity remains competitive in attracting top executive talent
  • Drive continuous improvement of executive recruiting processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact
  • Deliver an outstanding, differentiated experience for candidates and stakeholders, strengthening Fidelity’s reputation in the executive talent market
  • Partner across Talent Acquisition and HR to provide thought leadership on executive hiring, diversity, mobility, and global talent strategy

The Team

The Executive Talent team operates at the center of Fidelity’s leadership strategy, partnering across all business units to recruit and advise on the firm’s most senior hires. Reporting to the Vice President of Executive Talent Acquisition, this role plays a critical part in shaping leadership teams and advancing Fidelity’s enterprise priorities.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
