Are you a highly motivated operations professional seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Join our tight-knit, high-impact Investment Operations team within Strategic Advisers and make a tangible difference. We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operational success of SAI’s model-based products.

The Role:

As an Investment Operations Manager, you will be supporting our model management operations, directly contributing to the efficient management of our diverse portfolio. You'll own critical responsibilities, including:

  • Investment Team Support: Oversee model reallocations, daily participant trading, and plan sponsor client onboarding
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data through reporting and query reviews
  • Problem Solving: Research and analyze complex operational issues, developing effective solutions and escalating appropriately
  • Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements, challenging the status quo and driving continuous operational excellence

Your Expertise and skills you bring:

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in operational excellence, a passion for problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit. Specifically, you should possess:

  • 5 plus years of hands-on experience in a financial operations environment
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • A deep understanding of investment operations, preferably within Fidelity or a similar financial institution
  • An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • A demonstrated ability to identify, implement, and optimize operational processes
  • Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with SQL, TOAD, or Tableau is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
