The Role

Fidelity Private Shares is growing and looking for a dedicated RevOps Analyst, GTM Systems. The Team is focused on supporting the startup community through a robust equity management platform. This role will be focused on supporting the growth and expansion of our business that services private companies and the start-up community.

As the RevOps Analyst, GTM Systems, you will be pivotal in the ongoing development and management of our go-to-market tech stack. You will drive system improvements, streamline and automate processes, and ensure our technology solutions align with business objectives, best-in-class design, and Fidelity requirements.

  • Collaborate across marketing, sales and customer support to design, implement and test innovative technology solutions within our HubSpot instance that align with go-to-market initiatives

  • Partner with leadership to identify operation gaps, remove friction, enhance process

  • Ensure data quality of HubSpot

  • Help develop and lead our AI strategy for go-to-market tools and processes

  • Maintain expert level knowledge of the systems in our tech stack and keep up to date with software releases

  • Create and maintain documentation for applications and processes

  • Assist in training and enablement of new users to grow the technical capabilities across the team

  • Manage end user accounts, permissions, and access

  • Work with procurement on renewals, news tools and adding seats

  • Build and maintain dashboard that help provide actional insights across go-to-market

  • Perform incident management (troubleshooting) and develop response procedures.

  • Extract, manipulate, import/update large and complex data sets

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or system administrator role

  • Experience using HubSpot

  • Familiar with go-to-market tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Gong

  • Experience with enabling AI tools

  • Technical aptitude in maintaining and building out go-to-market tools end-to-end

  • Experience configuring and integrating the systems

  • A self-starter with prior experience in a high growth SaaS start-up scaling the operations of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions in user-friendly language

  • Problem-solver with a passion for improving efficiency

  • Experience in Python or SQL, is not required but a plus

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$127,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
