SVP, People Analytics

The People Analytics function has brought deep insights and consistent reporting on our workforce, and reimagining our capabilities and how we deliver them will help us be well positioned to refine and expand our analytics frameworks and practices, identify and respond to early warning signs, and deliver robust analytics and insights to inform our workforce strategy drive decision making.
The Purpose of your Role
Fidelity’s People Analytics is bringing together various analytics groups across HR, all focused on aspects of our people practices, as well as and our A360 AI/LLM work to help deepen our analysis and data. This team will continue to work across the HR Leadership Team and the Business Unit Operations and Analytics teams to bring a consistent and structured approach to understanding this segment of data. This leader will regularly engage with executive level leadership across Fidelity.
The Team
As the Head of People Analytics, you will lead a global team of 30+ professionals spanning people analytics and data science. Within the People Analytics team, this role will be responsible for leading a team focused on evolving our analytics capabilities, deepening our workforce reporting and pushing forward with our AI/LLM analysis from A360. Through these efforts, this leader will help to ensure we are continuing to deliver high-quality reporting solutions while also moving towards more scalable / digital solutions in the future. Additionally, this person will partner with key internal stakeholders to drive our overall HR data and reporting strategy. Finally, they will play a key role in helping to drive and enable the People Analytics team to deliver key insights and KPIs related to Fidelity’s talent.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive management and our people leaders with insights necessary to manage their functions
- Lead a team of reporting analysts to create automated and sophisticated reporting practices, and ensure the data infrastructure / strategy is positioned to support these needs
- Evolve the next generation of thinking and deep insights using the A360 capabilities
- Create and / or contribute to key presentations with compelling insights, clear recommendations and effective visualization of charts and graphs
- Deliver technical leadership and consulting support on design, development, and implementation of HR analytics tools, executive dashboards, and reports
- Provide thought leadership/guiding principles for data integrity, metric creation, methodology and interpretation
- Partner with key internal stakeholders (e.g., CST, HR Platforms team, data science team, BU teams) to ensure alignment on HR data / reporting strategies
- Ability to communicate clearly across all level of the organizations
Key Skills and Experiences you bring
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree required
- 15 years working in the analytics space, with more than 5 in the human capital space
- Strong executive presence, presentation skills, experience influencing with data and analysis
- Experience leading and managing teams of business / reporting analysts
- Experience with leading analytical projects in partnership with business or HR partners (e.g. planning, defining scope, parameters of analysis, data gathering and cleansing)
- Experience with solution development and formulation of practical recommendations
- Strong expertise and experience performing advanced analytics
- Experience creating compelling presentations using data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power Bi, etc.) and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
