The Role

Fidelity Labs is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join Saifr. The focus is enhancing and scaling Saifr's B2B SaaS RegTech application for financial services.


This role will be responsible for working across the sales, product, compliance, marketing, data science and development teams to support and continuously improve our SaaS applications.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent in related field.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and passionate about being client facing.
  • Skills and experience in relationship building, client facing roles, product demonstrations, and/or business analysis.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is confident, independent and can work without close supervision.
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong contributor with a collaborative work style.
  • Technology savvy.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills as well as strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to network and establish links across multiple groups.
  • Desire to be an involved member of an organization committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Can organize and present ideas and information logically and concisely to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical individuals.

The Value You Deliver

  • Help lead and facilitate the pre-sales process of demoing the Saifr product to prospects, gathering prospect requirements and partnering closely with sales to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, technology, and business teams to deliver high quality solutions for business problems.
  • Being an enthusiast face of Saifr that is passionate about listening to prospects and helping them solve their pain points / problems.
  • Bring curiosity and a questioning mind-set to work, asking always about the 'why' and the 'value of new features/improvements to the platform.
  • Actively participate in formal presentations to a variety of management levels.
  • Willingness to travel to conferences / trade shows and represent Saifr.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $66,000-125,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
