The Role
As part of the Real Estate Strategy and Planning Team, you will report to the Vice President, Amenities and Program Management and lead initiatives that shape our workplace amenity strategy. You will develop data-driven strategies to improve performance and outcomes for food, wellbeing, transportation, and other emerging programs. You will shape amenity programs that reach more than 80,000 Fidelity associates and deliver exceptional experiences. This role requires a proven ability to frame opportunities to drive decisions and make business cases for change. As a key member of the team, you will set amenity policies, conduct industry research, and develop an approach to consistently assess associate feedback. You will also support the development of program budgets and the multi-year strategic plan. Success requires a keen understanding of business priorities, associate sentiment, and operational requirements, blending critical thinking with a drive for delivering strong results.
The Senior Manager embraces a wide variety of work and is flexible, rebalancing priorities as the business evolves. The position requires collaboration with a variety of senior leaders, enterprise stakeholders, and vendors, as well as clear and frequent communication across Real Estate.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7 plus years of experience in Business Strategy, Consulting, Marketing, or Workplace Strategy
- Analytically thoughtful, research-focused, and intellectually curious
- Critical thinking with excellent judgment and strong initiative
- Learning attitude and a willingness to continuously evolve and drive value to the business
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills that allow you manage your deliverables, constantly re-prioritize, and ultimately meet deadlines with high-quality work
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through strong written and verbal communications, including presentations, grounded in data and insights
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think through challenges, assess a variety of factors, and recommend solutions
- Excellent engagement skills, including the ability to work across the organization and gain alignment among management, colleagues, and peers
- Comfort working independently with a proven track record to think both strategically and tactically
- Success operating in a fast-paced culture with high visibility and many concurrent priorities
- Expert level skills in PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
