Job Description
The Opportunity:
Senior Global People Services Manager is a lead role focusing on strategic People initiatives and program management. The successful person will be responsible for the overall direction, planning, and execution of key People programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and positive employee experiences. This role involves working with multiple stakeholders, managing projects with significant complexity, and driving process improvements within the People organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Management:
- Leading and executing key People programs, including process simplification & automation, employee experience initiatives, and compliance programs.
- Process Improvement:
- Identifying and addressing process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the People operations function.
- Project Execution:
- Managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, including vendor/partner management and internal audits.
- Workplace Experience:
- Leading the global physical workspace programs including lease management, workspace utilization, workspace events, workspace amenities & benefits, workspace maintenance & improvement projects.
- People Data Management:
- Maintaining accurate employee records, processing documentation, and generating reports related to people activities.
- Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across multiple regions and jurisdictions, building strong partnerships with the People, Legal and Finance teams.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, Business functions) to ensure successful program delivery and alignment.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyzing data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicating project updates, process changes, and relevant information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Change Management:
- Leading and facilitating change management initiatives related to People programs.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Typically Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with deep expertise across core People functions, policies, and practices.
- Proven ability to manage and lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills — able to manage details, track trends, and use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communicator — able to tailor written and verbal communication across audiences, from individual contributors to executive leaders.
- Skilled at navigating employee needs and business priorities with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Natural collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments; comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and stepping into varied roles.
- Demonstrated leadership and influence capabilities — able to drive change, support team growth, and foster alignment across functions.
- Experience leading change management initiatives and guiding teams through transitions.
- Technically proficient with HR systems; Workday experience strongly preferred.
