As the head of the Renewals department, you will manage a growing team (currently 20+ employees) with the responsibility of owning financial and operating performance. In this role, you will be responsible for owning process improvements, driving operational excellence, and developing our sales and customer service capabilities as we continue to scale the department.
In this role you will:
- Own our Renewals business - managing it, scaling it and generating results that promote our long term strategy
- Leverage data and analytics to assess performance of individuals and the department, build compensation programs and evolve processes
- Proactively identify areas for improvement, including how we partner with our customers and partners, and hold team accountable for implementing and adapting to changes
- Enhance our existing processes and implement creative new ways for the team to meet their goals
- Be an excellent change manager, with demonstrated ability to launch successful changes across the department, understanding the impact on other teams and the company, and leveraging relationships to build buy-in for the changes
- Partner with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and other departments to develop new and innovative approaches to scale our business
- Collaborate with our Technology team to develop enhancements that help our team members operate more efficiently

- 8+ years of experience with at least 3 years managing a team
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
- Experience building and scaling teams
- A proven track record of improving processes
- Effective in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
