Join our dynamic team as a Product Development Lead, where your strategic thinking and deep knowledge of Fund Services will shape market-leading products that enhance client satisfaction and drive sustainable business growth.
As a Product Development Lead, you will partner with a broader team to set the strategic direction of our traditional fund services business. You will develop new products and work with prospects and clients on innovative services that deliver positive shareholder value.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead complex change programs in Fund Services with significant scale, complexity, and budget.
- Apply critical thinking to understand requirements and propose sustainable solutions with effective control mechanisms.
- Drive requirements gathering and documentation to the required quality level.
- Construct and maintain governance structures to improve profitability, controls, and market positioning.
- Drive program work streams across multiple functional areas to successful completion.
- Provide verbal and written status updates to support senior management.
- Design innovative solutions to build a scalable, efficient market-leading service offering.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in Fund Accounting with a deep understanding of the marketplace.
- Ability to devise creative solutions in response to client requests and strategic product goals.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex issues into actions.
- Program management experience (3+ years) with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong execution skills with strategic thinking and accountability.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment.
- Independent contributor comfortable working in a self-directed mode.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Fund Services experience with expertise in operations, client service, product development, fund accounting, or custody.
- In-depth understanding of Fund Accounting and Alternative Investments in onshore and offshore locations.
- Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to represent JPMorgan at industry forums.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio and Project.
