With over 120 global clients, Agency Securities Finance (ASF) offers a comprehensive suite of agency lending, secured financing and related services, enabling clients to generate incremental income and optimize funding and collateral usage. The ASF Product Management team is responsible for the day-to-day running of the program and the development of new product capabilities aligned to evolving client demand, counterparty requirements and regulatory change.

As an Associate within ASF Product Management, you will support the delivery and growth of the ASF platform across APAC, including core agency lending and financing solutions offerings. You will partner closely with Trading, Client Team, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Tax to execute product governance, drive regulatory/tax due diligence, lead internal approvals, and bring scalable solutions to market. This role is based in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day due diligence, tax and regulatory deliverables for ASF; monitor regulatory/market developments and assess business impact; with focus specifically on APAC region.
• Drive short- and long-term ASF product enhancements and expansion opportunities in APAC, aligned to client needs, counterparty dynamics, competition and regulatory frameworks.
• Partner with Trading, Client Teams, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Tax to deliver initiatives, complete impact assessments and execute change.
• Lead internal governance and approvals for APAC product launches/enhancements; prepare forum materials and coordinate implementation plans.
• Commercialize product developments with Sales/Client Teams; produce client-facing and internal materials as required.
• Represent ASF Product in APAC regulatory forums and relevant industry/consultation groups; lead discussions and influence outcomes.
• Produce product summaries, management updates and project communications for key stakeholders.
• Represent ASF Product in internal new-deal forums; assess non-standard requests and APAC impacts.
• Support client solutioning with data-driven analysis; leverage data, portfolio analytics and market intelligence to build business cases, improve processes and enhance outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 3+ years in product management; securities lending a plus, broader secured funding/markets knowledge valued
• Strong understanding of market structure and key participants
• Strong analytical skills; able to use data and apply market intelligence
• Strong communication; effective stakeholder management across levels and functions
• Able to produce clear, concise materials across formats and communicate effectively in forums
• Strong execution: project management, prioritization, attention to detail; thrives under deadlines
