Join the high-impact Regional Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team where you will support the Asia Pacific franchise and partner with stakeholders across the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) to deliver financial and strategic analysis, regional budgeting support, management reporting, and executive-ready insights. You will also help improve reporting infrastructure through automation and process optimizations in collaboration with various transformation champions.

As a Regional Planning & Analysis specialist, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support regional and country reporting initiatives. The role offers excellent opportunity to gain insight into the FP&A function, where you will have a broad exposure to various business drivers, performance metrics across the Asia Franchise. You will interact not just within the FP&A teams, but also across the global Finance & Business Management organization, working with peers through senior leaders across multiple lines of business to meet evolving needs. You will also engage with innovation champions to develop recommendations and advance transformation efforts that strengthen our reporting infrastructure and management reporting suite.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support regional budgeting, performance tracking, and variance analysis for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Assist in building and maintaining reporting frameworks and recurring management reporting to enable firmwide and regional financial analysis.
  • Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) across businesses; Develop, consolidate robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis into executive-ready materials for regional Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and management team.
  • Implement control procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reports and liase with relevant groups for issue resolutions.
  • Streamline processes and support projects to drive global consistency and create synergies across the team where possible.
  • Effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, country leads, and other relevant teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams along with Planning & Analysis teams (both regional & global) to support the regional and country reporting agenda.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, finance, accounting, controller, management consulting, management accounting or related function in Financial Services.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including ability to interpret financial results and translate them into clear insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to varied stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams and organizational levels, including senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Solid project management capability and track record of process improvement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-starter approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA
  • Experience building scalable analytics or management information solutions.
  • Experience modernizing reporting, analytics, or operating models.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics, visualization, or automation tools.
