Minimum Requirements to Hire:
EDUCATION: Must have a Bachelor's degree, 4-year course
EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of relevant experience
SCHEDULE: Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays (when needed)
LOCATION: Amenability to work in U.P. Ayala Land Techno Hub, Quezon City
HYBRID WORK ARRANGEMENT: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
Nice to Haves:
Experience in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry, and back-office support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
On the job you will:
Responsible for data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity
Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds
Consistently attain the service level set by the Company
Practice good judgment in processing cases
Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
Render overtime work on a daily basis during high volume week
Assist colleagues and other teams in their production work upon request
Manage leaves/day-offs especially during peak season
Constantly increase the number of knowledgeable functions handled by the team
Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics
Perform other duties and functions as assigned by management
